 | Cig-Arrete Slave Smoke Detector c/w Base (CSA SGA Radal)
The Cig-Arrête Smoke Detector (or slave Smoke unit) will protect an area of approximately 27 cubic m (3m x 3m x 3m). Continually analysing the environment, the sensor checks each sample against an intelligent database held within its electronic circuitry to decide whether an alarm indication should be generated. When installed as part of a Cig-Arrête Tobacco Control System, the SGA can be combined with Stand Alone Master units (CSA-FDV or CSA-GDV) to provide complete smoke/flame hybrid coverage.
The flame detector requires other control equipment such as the Stand Alone Master Unit or a Standard Controller (part no CSA-S5B).

At the heart of the Cig-Arrête alarm system, the standard controller performs all the functionality to ensure your system operates efficiently. The controller is supplied with a mounting bracket.
Capable of driving up to 5 Cig-Arrête sensors (one zone per detector) it provides a visual indication of fault & alarm conditions at a remote location,. Audible confirmation is facilitated by means of the integral buzzer which provides a beep at each event.
The controller may be battery operated using 4 x D type cells. Alternatively, an auxiliary power supply (CSA-246 / CSA-PSU) may be used. (110v units are also available)

This Cig-Arrête volt free relay card provides an interface from the normal 6v dc / 3 mA aux power output of the Cig-Arrête controller (CSA-S5B or CSA-S5BAR).
This unit is capable of switching loads of up to 1 Amp but is an extremely low current solid state device. Typical uses include the provision of a volt free (clean) contact for analogue addressable fire alarm systems, security alarms, building management systems, heating and ventilation systems, CCTV operations, paging systems and GSM modem signalling to outside equipment.
