  • Designed to maintain the integrity of fire doors
  • Resists the passage of fire for up to 60 minutes
  • Contains intumescent material which expands when subjected to heat to form a seal around the fire door
  • Fully tested to BS476: Part 22: 1987

Intumescent Letter Box Kit

  • Designed for use in a fire rated door
  • Maintains performance and integrity of fire door with the use of intumescent materials
  • When exposed to heat, intumescent lining expands and fills aperture in door, preventing the passage of fire from one area to another
  • Tested in accordance with BS476: Parts 20/22: 1987 and will provide fire resistance for more than 30 minutes
  • Available as standard in a silver anodized finish
