Cig-Arrete Stand Alone Detector Voice Sounder Module
(CSA-GDV Radal)
This self contained battery operated unit has an inbuilt tobacco smoke detector and voice sounder.
On detection of tobacco smoke, one of two messages is broadcast at 92dB that can be repeated from 1 to 7 times:
Message 1: "This is a no-smoking area, please extinguish your cigarette, a member of staff has been contacted"
Message 2: "This is a no-smoking vehicle, please extinguish your cigarette"
Powered by 4 x AA or 1 x 9v PP3 alkaline battery;
Can be connected to external equipment using an additional daughter-board module (CSA-DBD);
Can be remotely powered at 6v-12v dc (when using an additional daughter-board module CSA-DBD);
Simply fixed to the ceiling by 2-screws;
Coverage area approx 3m x 3m x 3m.

This self contained battery operated unit has an inbuilt flame detector and voice sounder.
On detection of a lighter or match, the following message is broadcast:
"This is a no-smoking area, please extinguish your cigarette, a member of staff has been contacted"
Provides clear voice message at up to 90dB (with volume control)
Powered by 1 x 9v PP3 alkaline battery;
120 degree field of view;
Built in alarm relay for connection to remote equipment (contacts rated at 1A 24v dc);
Can be remotely powered using optional power supply CSA-SMPSU;
Simply fixed to the ceiling by 2-screws.
